How to purchase

Please call or email to purchase. We will send you an invoice. We accept payment by bank transfer. Payment or proof of payment is due within 4 business days from the invoice date. Otherwise, the item will be put back on sale.

If the buyer wishes to pick up or organise the shipping, items purchased must be picked up within 7 business days from the payment date. After those 7 days, the buyer will be asked storing fees. ( 10% of the item per week).

You are always welcome to visit us to see our selection in person. You can find us at 19 rue watteeu 1000 Brussels.
We are open everyday, from 10 AM to 6PM. 

Please note, that all of our selection is not visible in the gallery. Our warehouse is open from Monday to Friday by appointment.

Shipping

All our items are shipped from Brussels, Belgium. We can arrange delivery all over the world.

Prices for furniture items do not include delivery. Please contact us if you would like a shipping quote. 

Buyer is also free to organize shipping. In that case and unless otherwise agreed, paid items must be picked up within a week of payment. A stocking fee of 100€ per week will aply after that said week. 

Galerie Watteeu is not responsible for any damages or loss sustained during shipping.

Rental

Our selection is available to rent for any event, photoshoot, video, or staging.

The rate is 10% of the retail value for 1 week. A partial week will be counted as a whole week. Extra time may lead to surge pricing. 

Do not hesisitate to contact us if you are looking for something specific not listed in our website.

Please note that Hirers are responsible for all goods from the moment they leave Galerie Watteeu’s premises until they are returned there. Items must be returned in lent condition within the agreed timeframe or further charges will be incurred. Hirers are responsible for insuring hired goods and are fully liable for any losses, theft, damages, repair costs and diminished value up the full ‘item value’.

Reupholstery

We offer a reupholstery service. All of our sofas, chairs and armchairs can be reupholstered by us.

We have a large collection of fabric. We will work with you the find the one that will perfectly fit your needs.

Alternatively, we can also work with your own fabric.
